Baby Movers

𐀪 Children aged 3 and under. Adults must be at least 6 weeks postpartum following an unassisted birth, or 12 weeks following an assisted birth, and fit to exercise.

Baby Movers - Sensory Circuits is a fitness and strength-based class led by Claire Harkin, designed for parents or carers to exercise alongside babies and young children. Sessions follow a circuit format, with sensory play set up so little ones can play safely nearby while adults work out.

Studio 2 Creative Youth Drop-In is a fun, welcoming Friday night space for young people aged 11+ to relax, socialise and get creative. Sessions change week by week and can include karaoke, games, art, music, team-building activities and more, shaped by the interests of those who attend. There’s no pressure and no expectations beyond joining in, trying things out, and enjoying yourself - the most important rule is to have fun.
